Year 5 Art Autumn Term
The
children selected and recorded images from London’s street scenes and recreated
them in pencil in their sketchbooks. They worked on shading dark and light.
Children
annotated their work with suggestions for improvements
Children
were taught about theatre scenery and worked on rats and signs for the Year 6
play. They combined materials and developed painting skills, especially in
mixing paints to create colours of the time of the plague.
