Class Y3/4 CR Assembly
On Tuesday 20th September we invited parents to come
and join us for the first whole school assembly of the new academic year.
We based our assembly on our Climate Change Project from the
first week back.
Climate Change has been in the news over the summer, first
because people had been able to row to the North Pole and secondly because a
polar bear attacked some teenagers.
Both stories are linked by melting ice
sheets.
We explained to the rest of the school some
of the things we had learnt.
We also issued a recycling challenge to the rest of the school,
to create a face sculpture using recycled materials- results in a future
webpage.
