Gifted and Talented Pupils
At Sacred Heart RC Primary School we recognise that all our
pupils are unique. Each child has their own strengths and we do our best to
develop and celebrate their strengths.
Each classroom has a challenge area which contains games and
puzzles the children can access, developing their analytical and problem
solving capacities.
At various times throughout the year children with a particular
ability or talent will be invited to take part in specialised school-based
activities or work out of school with “experts”. These activities are funded by
the school.
Currently we are developing “Challenge Clubs” for the pupils who
we feel would benefit most from the opportunities and experiences we can offer
in-house.
